I think you have to be wary from buying from any country that does not have stringent quality control regulations to protect the consumer. Thus India [ayurvedic] and chinese medicine could both be suspect. Heavy metal contamination has been found in both ayurvedic medicines from India and chinese medicines from China:

It is better to buy under a reputable [tested] label that has been approved by regulatory authorities from the country in which you reside.

They had respect for their ancestors and they are now reaping the benefits. However now china is terribly troubled. It is one of the most polluted places on the planet. I never buy any food product from China. It is demonic how that great culture has suffered.

they simply dont put as much chemicals in their food so there aint much you can do about it excep grow your own veg

i would like to know what kind of remedies and herbal natural stuff that keep the chinese healthy i mean they drink alot of green tea for many things they eat raw garlic coz of its many benefits but what else do they eat to keep really healthy
