Do Natural Yeast Infection Cures Really Work?11

Every month, thousands of women search the Internet for a natural cure for yeast infections. This makes sense, since vaginal yeast infections are so common, and medications for this condition can be expensive. Some women are also concerned that antifungal drugs can be too harsh, and would prefer a natural remedy that is milder and safer to use.

So, do natural yeast infection cures really work?

The short answer is “Yes, they do work for many women.”

The more complete answer is “Yes, sometimes they work. But you need more facts about yeast infections before you decide if a natural remedy is right for you.”

Unfortunately, many claims are made by Internet marketing firms promising a “natural cure” that is “guaranteed” to get rid of your current infection and keep it from coming back. Most of these remedies are based on a treatment plan first promoted by Dr. C. Orian Truss, M.D., way back in 1978. There are several reasons why health care providers are concerned about these remedies:

1. These treatments were not created for vaginal yeast infections – they were promoted as the cure-all for a condition Dr. Truss called “systemic candidiasis.” This condition was thought to cause a wide variety of symptoms, including lethargy, fatigue, food cravings, depression, infertility, and vaginal yeast infections, plus many more. The theory was that “if you don’t feel good, and your doctor can’t find anything wrong, you have Candida.”

2. Although this theory was first written about 29 years ago, it has never been proven that any of the symptoms listed, except vaginal yeast infections, are actually caused by Candida yeast. And the powerful herbal remedies and complicated diets have never been proven to be effective in treating any of these symptoms, including vaginal yeast infections. And they have never been proven to be safe.

3. The remedies include “natural” herbal products that are anti-microbial – this means they can destroy the beneficial bacteria in the gut that are your body’s first line of defense against yeast infections.

Supposedly, you can replenish your beneficial bacteria by eating yogurt or taking supplements that contain live cultures, but your colon is host to over 500 different species of bacteria, and many of them are needed by your body. Yogurt will replace only one or two of these species, and a new strain of yeast could colonize your gut while your bacteria population is still being rebuilt. That means that taking some of these powerful herbal remedies could actually make your current yeast infection worse instead of better.

To protect yourself against false claims promoted by people selling “guaranteed cures” for yeast infections, it makes sense to learn all you can about this common condition.

Once you know what causes vaginal yeast infections, you’ll see why the old-wives’ tales about yogurt, vinegar and garlic are actually more helpful and truthful than many marketing claims selling complicated and expensive herbal remedies.

These simple remedies that you can buy at the grocery store often do cure a mild yeast infection. And in most cases, simple changes in your diet and daily habits can keep yeast infections from coming back.

If the mild remedies your grandmother used don’t cure your yeast infection you should get yourself to a doctor, because there could be several reasons why the infection doesn’t go away:

- You could have an infection that is caused by something other than Candida. If you have an infection caused by bacteria or parasites, the infection could eventually damage your reproductive organs, and must be treated promptly by prescription medications.

- You may have a yeast infection that isn’t mild enough for the natural remedies to work. In this case, your doctor can recommend an over-the-counter topical cream that should cure your infection within a few days.

- Your yeast infections may actually be caused by an underlying condition that has upset your hormone balance or damaged your immune system. Many women are first diagnosed with diabetes when they go to their doctor about their chronic yeast infections.

So, do natural remedies work? Yes, sometimes they do. But you need far more information than that before you make an intelligent, informed choice about treating your vaginal yeast infection.

Natural Cure By Ayurveda2

Ayurveda is perhaps the oldest system of health care in the world and originates from the Indian subcontinent. Ayurveda is based on scientific principles of diagnosis and treatment. It differs from conventional medicine in the basic principles of investigation and assigning causes to processes rather than specific areas of physiology.

Ayurveda has been a vogue since 5000 years ago. Our Vedas have been repeated references to the efficacy of Ayurveda as a science of healthy life. The western world is now realizing the value of Ayurveda in treating Chronic diseases like Arthritis, Paralysis, Stroke, Neurological disorders etc. Even WHO has given high rating for Ayurveda system.

It differs from conventional medicine in the basic principles of investigation and assigning causes to processes rather than specific areas of physiology. The increasing awareness of herbal medicines in Western markets such as USA, UK, Canada and Japan and the technological advancements in biotech industry were two major reasons which compelled us to offer a platform like this.

Here are some Important Herbs and their Uses:

Ashwagandha ( Withania Somnifera), ( Winter Cherry): Traditionally, Ashwagandha has been used in many ways–as a sedative, a diuretic, a rejuvenating tonic, an anti-inflammatory agent, and as an “adaptogen” (endurance enhancer). Many Western herbalists refer to this herb as “Ayurvedic ginseng” because of its reputation for increasing energy, strength, and stamina, and for its ability to relieve stress. It is especially beneficial in stress related disorders such as arthritis, hypertension, diabetes, general debility, etc. It has also shown impressive results when used as stimulants for the immune system.

Amla ( Emblica officinalis), ( Indian Goosebery): Amla contains the highest amount of Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Phyllembin, Phyllemblic acid, Gallic acid, Ellagic acid in natural form and Cytokin like substance identified as Zeatin, Zriboside, Z nucleotide, Tannins 30%. It is one of the strongest rejuvenatives in Indian pharmacopoeia. It contains 30 times the amount of Vitamin C found in oranges. Its antibacterial, carminative, hypoglycemic, stomachic, Hypotensive and astringent action prevents infection, helps in healing of ulcers, treatment of jaundice, dyspepsia and cough and controls hyperacidity. Alma is a good Cardio Tonic and its mild stimulant action on heart helps to control blood pressure. The use of Indian Gooseberry enhances the antidiabetic action of Karela. Phyllanthus Emblica is a very good hair tonic.

Brahmi (Bacopa Monniera): Aside from increasing intellectual and cognitive function, Brahmi induces a sense of calm and peace in its users. It is unique in its ability to invigorate mental processes whilst reducing the effects of stress and nervous anxiety. This makes Brahmi extremely applicable in highly stressful work or study environments where clarity of thought is as important as being able to work under pressure. Many people have the intelligence to perform to strict standards, but lack the composure and self-confidence to reach them. Additionally, Brahmi helps soothe the restlessness and distraction that nervousness causes. Brahmi is ideal for students and workers faced with this problem.

Shallaki ( Boswellia Serrata): Today its major use is as an anti-inflammatory agent for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, low back pain, myositis, fibrositis, and osteoarthritis. Experimental and clinical usage of boswella indicates it has none of the side effects on blood pressure, heart rate of the gastric irritation and ulcers associated with many anti-inflammatory and antiarthritic drugs. It is now an approved herbal medicine in India for use against osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, soft tissue rheumatism, low back pain, myositis and fibrositis. In the United States, physicians are giving boswella high marks for effectiveness. Dr. E. W. McDonagh, a Kansas City physician, has reported success among some 350 patients suffering from a variety of advanced muscular and skeletal conditions for which other treatments had failed to help.

Karela ( Bitter Gourd), ( Bitter Melon), ( Momordica charantia) : Bitter Melon, also known as Karela, Momordica Charantia or Bitter Gourd is a herb that helps regulate blood sugar levels and keeps body functions operating normally. It contains Gurmarin, a polypeptide considered to be similar to bovine insulin, which has been shown in experimental studies to achieve a positive sugar regulating effect by suppressing the neural response to sweet taste stimuli. Karela’s principle constituents are lectins, charantin and momordicine. The fruits have long been used in India as a folk remedy for diabetes mellitus. Lectins from the bitter gourd have shown significant antilipolytic and lipogenic activities.

Shilajit (Asphaltum) : This is Shilajit, one of Ayurvedas most potent and unique rejuvenatives. The ancient medical literature attributes many health benefits to Shilajit known as “conqueror of mountains and destroyer of weakness.” It has been said that there is hardly any curable disease which cannot be assisted with the aid of Shilajit. Shilajit has been used historically for general physical strengthening, anti-aging, blood sugar stabilization, libido, injury healing, urinary tract rejuvenation, enhanced brain functioning potency, bone healing, kidney rejuvenation, immune system Strengthening, arthritis, hypertension, obesity and many other application for numerous conditions.

Garlic ( Lasuna), ( Allium sativum): The platelet and hypolipidemic activities of Lasuna ensures smooth coronary function. Garlic is regarded as one of the most effective remedies to lower blood pressure. The pressure and tension are reduced because it has the power to ease the spasm of the small arteries. It also slows the pulse and modifies the heart rhythm, besides relieving the symptoms of dizziness, shortness of breath and the formation of gas within the digestive track. It has an antiseptic effect and is an excellent remedy for infectious diseases and inflammations of the stomach and intestine. Human population studies show that eating garlic regularly reduces the risk of esophageal, stomach, and colon cancer. This is partly due to garlic’s ability to reduce the formation of carcinogenic compounds.

Triphala: Triphala, a cornerstone of ayurvedic medicine, is a composite herbal preparation containing equal proportions of the fruits of three myrobalans, Emblica officinalis, Terminalia chebula and Terminalia bellirica. When consumed for a long period, it helps reduce excess weight. It promotes good colon health and acts as a laxative without causing cramps or irritation. It gently stimulates the intestinal walls and restores tone to the colon, thus helping in the elimination process, providing a colon cleansing effect. Guggulu: ( Bedellium), ( COMMIPHORA MUKUL): Studies show that a 14-27% of LDL cholesterol and 22-30% of triglycerides levels were reduced when guggul was given to men and women with high cholesterol for 12 weeks with no change in diet or exercise. Research with laboratory animals suggests guggul may help enhance thyroid function. Since the thyroid gland produces hormones that are needed to regulate metabolism, it can help in weight loss. Studies show guggul may change thyroid hormone metabolism, increase levels of circulating T3, or triiodothyroxine, a thyroxine metabolite known to raise overall metabolism, which in turn increases fat burning. Since guggul supports atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), which may impede blood flow to and from the penis, guggul may possibly be the treatment for impotence many men are looking for.

Tulsi ( Holy Basil), ( Tulasi): Tulsi has antioxidant properties, and helps boost the body’s ability to fight off damaging free radicals, which have been linked to disease and aging. It is an adaptogen that helps the body fight the effects of ongoing stress and also balances the mind, nerves and emotions. Tulsi maintains the health of the throat chest and lungs. In fact, it helps protect the entire respiratory tract. It is an anti-inflammatory. A herb that promotes optimum respiratory support. Tulasi has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, expectorant properties and is useful in respiratory tract infections. It helps during respiratory stress.

Neem (AZADIRACHTA INDICA): Neem effectively kills the bacteria that cause Acne and studies prove that Neem will reduce inflammation, even the inflammation produced by Acne. In the case of eczema clinical studies demonstrate that even the application of weaker Neem leaf extracts effectively cured acute conditions of eczema, what to speak of the fresh cold pressed oil with its high concentration of active ingredients.Modern clinical studies have identified a number of compounds in the Neem tree that effectively regulate immune system functions. Whether drinking a simple cup of tea out of the leaves or taking extracts of the Neem leaf, Neem significantly and consistently reduced insulin requirements for nonkeytonic, insulin fast, and insulin sensitive forms of Diabetes. The pain, inflammation, and swelling of the joints in arthritis can be greatly reduced by different compounds in Neem

Arjuna (TERMINALIA ARJUNA): Arjun improves cardiac muscle function and pumpingactions of the heart. Scientific studies have shown Arjun to be very effectivewhen used regularly over a period of time for the treatment of angina, coronary artery disease, heart failure, edema, and possibly hypercholesterolemia. Studies have also shown Arjun to have positive effects in the treatment of gonorrhea. Externally, this herb has been used to treat acne, blemishes, wounds, dysentery, and diarrhea.

Why are so many people against >>Embryonic<< stem cell research?5

I’ll post my biology essay on embryonic stem cell research after I see the amount of right-wing religious fanatic replies.

But just to sum it up to reduce the number of idiotic replies:

1. Embryonic stem cells are not alive. They are as fully conscious as a tree. There is no higher brain function at the point they are removed from the womb.

2. More embryos are lost to natural reasons than would be taken to form stem cells.

3. The millions of people who suffer from an incurable disease or cell damage (eg. Parkinson’s, Diabetes Type 1, nerve tissue damage, brain damage, etc.) can be cured easily.

P.S. I’m not talking about cloning embryonic cells to mass produce pluripotent cells for therapy. Entirely different topic.

Because they perceive conception as the beginning of a human life. So they object to taking a very small, yet fully living and ready to grow human embryo, and using it like a chemical in a laboratory.

Does anyone besides myself think that hair transplant surgery should be covered by health insurance?3

I am a 24 year old male suffering from rapid male-pattern hair loss.

My hair started falling out somewhere between ages 18-20, and despite always having a lot of heart, will-power, and self-confidence, it has been a very freightening and depressing road.

It has come to the point where I can’t leave my house without wearing a hat. In fact, even at home I wear a hat if any of my family or friends are around.

Basically, I find it very disappointing that ‘genetic’ hair loss is one of the least prioritised and most underfunded medical ‘mysteries’ out there. I find it even more disappoiting that most of the supposed ‘treatments’ on the market are complete scams, and that the few that are legitimate such as full-out hair tranplantation are so damned expensive!

And of course… worst of all, it is most disappointing that hair transplant surgery itself isn’t covered by insurance because of its ‘cosmetic’ benefits.

Sure, any surgery that changes the way you look can be considered a "cosmetic" surgery. Like a paint job on a car! And of course, no car insurance provider is going to dish out money for you to get your car repainted, simply because you decided you wanted to try out a new color… but when the little old lady who bought way too many groceries and suffers from arthritis rockets her shopping cart into your car, isn’t your insurance provider right there to help you get it fixed?

That’s a little bit of an imaginitive analogy but, I mean, it’s not exactly like I wanted my hair to fall out!

And sure, if someone like me could argue that hair transplant surgery shouldn’t be considered a "cosmetic" surgery, and/or should be at the very least, partially covered by my health insurance… than that’s to say the same about ANY self-improving surgery right?

Well… not really… because when it comes to hair transplants, you’re dealing with an entirely different level of self-improvement.

For instance, breast implants. Just like penile implants/enhancements, pectoral implants, or botox, you’re talking about "improving" or ADDING something that never existed in the first place. You’re literally adding objects(made up of various plastics, and chemicals) to your body simply because you didn’t like the way your body developed.

Let’s face it, this is America… land of the free, home of the greedy. Everyone ‘wants’ the next best thing… and everyone wants to look better, thinner, cooler, stronger… etc. than everyone else. Right? And if we feel that maybe nature was wrong, and we should have been made well-endowed we can all simply throw thousands of dollars into plastic surgery! (Yay!)

But …on the contrary… hair-loss sufferers all "used to" have a full head of hair. Every single person, with the exception of those with rare diseases are born with a healthy, growing, full head of hair. And if we grow up, and we don’t like the way it looks… thank god for hair salons and hairspray!

But trust me, it’s a very dramatic and disgustful realization that you’re losing one of your best features. Especially for someone like me, who never wants more than he has… and always loved his natural face, body, and soul…

But now I’m a 24 year old male suffering from rapid male pattern hair loss. Now I want, not what I don’t have, but what I used to have… what I feel that I should… have… a full head of hair.

To me, hair loss isn’t "natural" … if it were, we’d ALL lose our hair in our early 20’s. "Genetics", they say… but you know what else is a genetic predisposition? Diabetes… Thyroid Conditions… Heart Disease… Cancers…

I do not want to be completely bald and helpless by age 30. Either they need to find a CURE for male pattern baldness, OR they need to make hair transplant surgeries ACTUALLY affordable(or covered by insurance, obviously).

*Sigh*

Do you agree? Input, input, input…
Side note: I’m tired of hearing all about how bald men are sexy!

We’re all entitled to our opinions… but I’m not one of those people who just goes "Well, at least shaving my head would be in style!" *buzz*

I used to have beautiful, thick golden brown hair… not only did it go with my personality, but it covered up my naturally bumpy skull!

"Some" men can pull off a shaved head… and typically the ones that do… actually have a full head of hair. If they wanted to, they could not shave it, and it would all grow in evenly, over their entire scalp…

If I shaved my head, and waited a few days, it would come back in all patchy and gross looking…

When it comes down to it, this isn’t a matter of trying to make sure I’m in-style… this is me wanting to hold onto one of my few great natural born physical features.

And I’m not comparing Hair Loss with terminal diseases. Health insurance typically covers treatment for those, as it should…

:/

year ago my husband suffered from hair loss too and he started trying everything you can imagine to stop his hair loss. the things that really worked for him was:

1) Vitamin A – an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;

2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The ‘B’ vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;

3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;

4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);

5) also he used herbal treatment – TrichoZed
It is a good product that helps prevent hair loss and it is an FDA approved product. I think it is very important!

It worked and still works for him!

I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here http://www.trichozed.com/?id=fc7a24

It enhances hair growth by blocking DHT (Dihydrotestostrone) – a major cause of hair loss!

good luck!

Dear Sir, For a middle aged man is there a prescribed medicine to increase ‘Semen’, which is decreasing.3

Because of the above deficiency it affects the natural urge and to some extent causes the phenomenon as ‘ED’. Especially with me there is no cause as heart ailment, diabetes. I feel this is something inherent, but there should be some cure in alopathy excluding steroids based medicine.

Feline all-natural Diabetes cure??????3

I have a 13 year old male cat who has been diagnosed with diabetes in the last 6 months. He was given a pill prescription, but that only elevated his blood sugar. We refuse to give him shots, because we feel that is cruel to stick him with needles every day. I am just curious if there is any food or creatable remedy to prolong his life, or even help cure the diabetes…

There are prescription diabetic cat foods. Ask your vet.

But let me ask you a question. If you were diabetic, and needed insulin shots, would you find it cruel to give yourself an insulin shot? Or would you look for possibly untested home remedies that may be dangerous?

Cows are ment to be milked NOT eaten!!?5

who agrees?

The human body wasn’t designed to eat meat, let alone eat other mammals.

I know many of you will say we have canines etc

but scientists have told us that human canines are very different to that of carnivores and real omnivores (bears etc)
human canines are designed for tearing up tougher plant matter

there are also other things such eg the intestinal tract of humans and most herbivores are several times there body length, but omnivores and carnivores have intestinal tracts just three times there body length to help get rid of decaying flesh
intestinal tract of humans is too long and not designed to efficently get rid of meat which is why it is generally just meat eaters who suffer from diseases like:

heart disease, cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, and every other major degenerative disease.

People are now starting to rediscover the wonders of raw milk from organic cows which our ancestors used to cure disea
Ancients hindus, who had the greates and most advanced civillization in ancient times new about this miracle food, which is why cows are so important and loved in india.

Therefore STOP eating beef and drink raw organic milk, it will transform your life and help you live aLONGER,HAPPIER AND MORE PROSPEROUS LIFE
shanon, diseases from raw milk only occur in cows whoare fed a poor diet and kept in awful conditions and treated like machines.

Milk from cows who are given a prop[er diets and cared for do not have any diseases……i’ve drank milk straight from the udder plenty of times and am fit and healthy

No raw milk for me thanks.Way to many bacterias.Must be pasturized.I do agree about the meat.I used to eat meats and chicken. Now it gags me to think about it.All that animal tissue is discusting.

What do you think of the book, "Natural Cures" by Kevin Trudeau?4

Kevin is a journalist, a medical researcher, and a bit of a renegade. He has published 3 books that adress cures for a myriad of diseases: Cancer, Herpes, Diabetes, etc, but none of the methods in his books for curing any of those diseases require the use of drugs, radiation therapy, or surgery. What’s more interesting is the fact that none of his works have ever been debunked by the medical establishment. Drug Companies, on the other hand, are furious with him. Several have tried to sue him, many have refused to publish any of his books, and some have even tried to bar him speaking on net works, like FOX news, that are sponsored by drug companies

The reason?

Drug companies are not in the business of making people healthy, they are in the business of selling DRUGS (legal ones ofcourse), hence the reason they are called DRUG companies. ANYWAY. He has made the argument several times that Drug companies INTENTIONALLY fabricate diseases and push products that are not necessary to keep people healhty. They are also in bed in many politicians and are an extremely powerful lobby group that effectively character assasinates any doctor, or organization that comes up with a cure for any disease that doesn’t require the use of drugs

The people with power in America have gotten addicted to it, and have shown no sign of wanting to part with it. Tylenol is the leading cause of liver problems in the U.S.–that is a fact most Americans don’t know about , because that sort of info isn’t published

Most of these cures are totally worthless. Let’s see him take a bunch of terminally ill cancer patients and get them to stay alive or better yet be "cured." It won’t happen. I’m sure his methods have been debunked simply by them not working. If there was actually a cure for these horrible diseases that kills people from all facets of life including doctors and those people running the drug companies and all the politicians, nothing would be able to stop these miracle cures from the world no matter how much anyone or any company or any group wanted to silence this miraculous find. Word of mouth is a powerful thing and everyone would be running to get the miracle for themselves and their own families.

Tylenol is not the leading cause of liver problems. I had a liver transplant and have talked with hundreds of people waiting on transplants or have already gotten one. Out of all the people I talked to, not one of them had a transplant because of Tylenol. If this was such a huge problem, don’t you think that just maybe one or two of them would have had their transplant due to Tylenol. The number one reason for liver transplants is hep C. The number 2 position goes to alcohol abuse. I have never seen Tylenol abuse even make the list.

You are wrong and misinformed. Go ahead and go with your natural cure guy when you get sick. This is America and you are free to go with him and take his cures and advice. I’m sticking with my medical doctors. They have done a great job of keeping me alive when my liver failure almost killed me. I would love to see what natural guy would have done with a liver destroyed 90% with cirrhosis like mine was. He’d probably tell me to take some Milk Thistle or some of those other miracle cures offered everywhere. I’ll take my chances with my transplant surgeons. You take the Milk Thistle and see what happens.

Your guy is a quack. He’s just trying to make a buck like those big drug companies are. Problem is that there are a lot of good drugs that work like my antirejection drugs that keep me from rejecting my transplanted liver. Your guy has nothing much at all to back up his claims. Let him stand all the people that had terminal cancer that he has cured with his methods in a row and see how long the row goes. Don’t think anyone will be fighting to get in that line.

Natural Cure For High Blood Pressure0

Dealing with high blood pressure is a serious matter that needs to be addressed. We will endeavor to put your mind at ease about this serious subject and find some natural products that you can use to lower your blood pressure. Fortunately for most people, high blood pressure is not difficult to control.

The main causes of high blood pressure are diet, hardening of the arteries, high cholesterol, diabetes and other factors including genetics and the environment. Once you have it what can you do to help your heart to pump your blood more efficiently and to get your blood pressure down. What we want is to find a natural cure for high blood pressure.

Your Diet
You will need to cut down or eliminate animal fats and table salt. Eat a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and get one of the salt substitutes that is in any grocery market. Cut down on your consumption of coffee and alcohol. Quit smoking. Your diet also needs to be low in sugar but high in foods containing potassium, magnesium and calcium. Add foods that are high in fiber or take a fiber supplement. Also any food that belongs to the onion family such as garlic should be in your diet. Watch for high salt content in canned and processed foods.

Nutritional Supplements
If you don’t think you are getting enough of the right vitamins/minerals in your diet then you may want to consider nutritional supplements. Some of the more beneficial supplements are vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, and niacin. Take B vitamins in a balanced B-complex and extra B6, folic acid, and B12. Take a good multivitamin supplement. Add magnesium, calcium and potassium.

Herbal Medicines
Hawthorn (also known as thorn-apple) is one of the most commonly used herbs for high blood pressure and cardiovascular problems and is a natural cure for these conditions. Some of the other herbs often used are cayenne pepper, coenzyme Q10, gotu kola and borage.

Lifestyle Changes
One of the best things you can do to lower blood pressure is to lose weight. Helping to lose weight by exercise is a double whammy. Exercise helps by helping you to lose weight and reducing stress which is also a factor in high blood pressure. Find an exercise that you enjoy and do it every day. Be sure to check with your doctor before starting any kind of exercise program. Some hospitals have very good exercise programs, check with a hospital near you, your doctor is probably aware of these and can recommend one for you. Managing stress is very important, some techniques are biofeedback, yoga, meditation and relaxation exercises.

By using these suggestions your blood pressure should be monitored closely, you will need to purchase a home blood pressure monitoring kit and use it often to keep tabs on how you are doing to use these natural cures for high blood pressure.
